I am originally from Ireland but it is here where I have found my home, getting to know its beauty, people and culture. Then it happened, I was enticed by the "water of life." During my time at Ballindalloch distillery I became fascinated by the simplicity of the process and amazed by the complexity of the product.​

My love for whisky is not just about savouring the many layers and dimensions of each dram but appreciating where it has come from; the process, the people and its place. Join me and discover these delights for yourself. ​
