Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Pricing and Inclusions

  • All listed prices apply to all private tours accommodating up to four (4) participants.

  • Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude entry fees, meals, beverages, personal expenses, and accommodation.

  • We exclusively offer private tours; we do not provide shared group tours or sell individual seats.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour date, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

  • For bookings made within 30 days of the tour date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and SumUP: SumUp payments are subject to an additional processing fee.

  • Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from us.

3. Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • While we strive to operate all tours as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, vehicle issues, road closures, or other emergencies).

  • In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund of all payments made to us will be issued. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., flights, accommodation).

  • Where feasible, we will offer alternative tour dates.

  • No further compensation will be provided beyond the refund of payments made to us.

4. Changes or Cancellations by You

a. Rescheduling Requests

  • We will make every effort to reschedule your tour at no additional cost, subject to availability.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, standard cancellation fees will apply.

b. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The effective cancellation date is the date the email is received.

    • More than 15 days before the tour date: 25% of the tour cost will be charged.

    • 14 days or fewer before the tour date: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.

  • If we are able to rebook your tour with another party, 90% of the cancellation fee will be refunded.

  • Failure to appear at the designated meeting point and/or time will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • Our liability for any claims, including but not limited to loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience, is strictly limited to the total cost of the tour booked.

  • We carry valid public liability and vehicle insurance.

  • We do not accept responsibility for injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during the tour. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover:

    • Medical treatment or emergencies

    • Trip cancellations

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged items

6. Itinerary and Scheduling

  • Tour itineraries will be discussed and confirmed in advance.

  • We reserve the right to make adjustments due to conditions such as weather, traffic, or safety considerations.

  • Stated return times are approximations and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please ensure punctuality to make the most of your tour experience.

7. Age Policy

  • Our tours are not suitable for children under the age of 10 years, unless specifically agreed in advance.

8. Communication

  • All confirmations, modifications, and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

9. Agreement to Terms

  • By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
